Last Call: Your access to BSPlink will be limited to the IATA Customer Portal

Dear Customer,

We've noticed that you are still accessing BSPlink directly through the BSPlink website. We want to remind you that effective 1 March 2021 you will only be able to access BSPlink through the IATA Customer Portal.

Access BSPlink through the IATA Customer Portal?

  • Soon, you will only be able to access BSPlink through the IATA Customer Portal.
  • Once you are logged into the Customer Portal you can access BSPlink following these steps:

          Download Access BSPlink Security

Why this change to the way I access BSPlink?

  • To strengthen security of your organization's BSPlink login and data and avoid being a victim to fraud.
  • To make it easier for you to get in touch with IATA and run your business. In the future you will have access to all IATA Services, Materials and Support through the IATA Customer Portal.

User Access and Charges

Access to the IATA Customer Portal is free of charge.

However, as per earlier communications on effective date of new BSPlink prices (below chart), please be reminded that the new charges will apply for each registered BSPlink user.  Agents are advised to be aware and, if necessary, review the number of BSPlink users within your organization.

In case you do not have access to the BSPlink service on your IATA Customer Portal, please contact us, or request access from your company's IATA Customer Portal Administrator.

In the meantime, for the most updated guidance and information on COVID-19, please refer at all times to IATA's Coronavirus updates
